    I always find Endor II (throne room battle vs Vader) in Star Wars incredibly hard. Three sets of ramp combos on a very short timer. Endor I (Speeder Bike Chase) is also challenging. have to shoot a sequence of shots but if you don't get the next one within your timer you lose progress.
