Funniest?
Well, in my book, funniest rimes with most humorous, smoothest shots, easy rules to learn, pleasure.
Medieval madness is coming quickly in my mind but would glad to get more inputs too
Cactus Canyon Continued has “a boat load” of hillarious quotes and just sounds. The game has a mode that has all kinds of fart sounds. CCC has hundreds of flipper sounds! Here is a good one: one of the guys that did one of the Troll voices for Medieval Maddness says “Its Official You Suck”. 
Class of 1812.
The clucking chicken sounds in sync with the 1812 overture and various monster raps are all hilarious. Plus, it's an original theme.

First thing I thought of was the clucking. Funniest moment in pinball I ever had was at Pinburgh where I was finishing my qualifying for the A division, playing this game that I never heard of before. The music started and I'm laughing so hard I had to trap up and think about the moment I was on. So bizarre. Loved it. And I qualified for A but then was moved to B because of rules. Boooo!
Then I though Revenge from Mars, MM, No Good Gofers. All funny pins.
Then I thought about Rick & Morty. Nothing will beat this game. I've been playing R&M for months and I still find stuff new and humorous from time to time that I didn't recognize before. Watching new people play it is hilarious.
R&M gets my vote.
Rocky and Bullwinkle has some laugh out loud moments but the game is held back a bit by the small number of callouts.

Good point, I was really thinking of funniest pins, to me it cant be one of the funniest pins w just a few quotes.
