i've sold some of my cades over the last 4 years or so to pay for the pins. this is what i have left -

crystal castles
ms pac arcadeshop multi
joust w/ jrok board installed
qbert
star wars trilogy (sega)
tron
edot
star wars atari vector with amp
tempest
centipede mini
cheyenne
mario bros widebody
championship sprint
paperboy
marble madness (with other kits... indie and rb)

#124 9 years ago

originally bought this cheyenne from one of the guys on klov. first game i ever had shipped (from texas) and was well worth it!

it has all original art, never had to replace any of it. pretty minty example with the multi kit installed. most exidy gun games ive seen over the years are beat up, no sideart, etc... not this one. wont be selling anytime soon, but if i do i will send you a pm

Quoted from zippydapinhead:

If you decide to sell that Cheyenne let me know...Really the only arcade I would want, just for sentimental reasons.
Right now the only cade I have is a 60 in one in a Xevious cab.

#148 9 years ago
Quoted from epthegeek:

All these words about Cheyene when the true star of those pictures is the Turkey Shoot. Loved that game; would buy one if I could find one at a sane price.

yeah, turkey shoot is a great game.... sadly I sold mine to help pay off my st pin

#169 9 years ago

yeah... why don't you have one yet?? every collection needs at least one discs of tron

Quoted from pinballsmith:

Why do I not have one of these yet?!

#188 9 years ago
Quoted from zippydapinhead:

No worries, I found one today!
Now in the Zippycade
Cheyenne with the Collex'n multi exidy shooter kit and new side art ready to install.

congrats brother! i think at one time rich had the sideart for sale over at thisoldgame. such a great game.

oops.... just realized you already have the sideart

#333 9 years ago

i dont own one... but i look forward to playing the one @ cax every year.

one of THE coolest marquees ever!

Quoted from SteveO:

Does anyone have a Death Race? I played that a ton in the bars back in my college days.

love the vintage sw figs.... what kind of display case is that?

#341 9 years ago

ahhh... very cool. ive got all my old vintage figs stored up right now. have been wanting to figure out a cool way to display them all and hang them in the gameroom.

Quoted from PEN:

Custom. From display parts from a defunct book store.

i also dug fiz's posts over on klov (for the most part) ... the only problem that alot of klovers had with him was the whole issue of RESTORE vs REPRODUCTION.

i can appreciate both styles of the arcade process. never had a problem with it myself

Quoted from YZRider926:

That's a shame. I don't post on there much anymore but remember seeing your resto threads, things of beauty. Actually got you to print me some Ghosts 'N Goblins sideart.

#361 9 years ago
Quoted from Chosen_S:

sssssshhhhhhhh... I mamed a brand new tron that I built (It's amazing, and looks and plays exactly like the original, but has Mad Planets, Tempest and Time Pilot and every other game that uses a spinner and or a flight stick) Don't tell those klov guys, an atomic rage bomb will set off in their server

haha... I will not tell a sole

that's a great TRON build. love it man. that menu setup looks nice and clean. can it play discs of tron??

i dont think this game was in a dedicated cabinet .. seems like they are always in crappy conversion cabs.

my guess would be $150 - 250 tops.

got any pics?

#520 8 years ago

i know that there is a socal klover that owns a slither. whats cool about it is that it was filmed in the tron legacy arcade scene in the film.

love that COMBAT sideart right there. beautiful man. im so used to always seeing cheyennes and crossbows. nice to see a different exidy gun game make a appearance

Quoted from pinballsmith:

I really hope more surface. I wake up every morning searching online for games on my list and always start with Slither.

#524 8 years ago

yeah, deans a cool dude for sure. he might have had slithers at one point?

he just hooked me up with a real nice cp for my championship sprint.

Quoted from PACMAN:

Yep, Dean A. has one.

#600 8 years ago

hey now..... any chance you have done any artwork for ninja warriors?? love that game.

Quoted from PACMAN:

Wow 300 play Missile Command? That's got to be beautiful.

#605 8 years ago

that's a beautiful missile command!

Quoted from pinballsmith:

This is the only picture I have of it (wish I had a picture showing the sides). I still need to pick it up along with the other games being traded.

Quoted from Schusler:

Very nice Chris!
I haven't one of those since my Aladdin's Castle had one looooong time ago

thanks bro....Yeah man, this has to be one of the coolest 2 player games out there!

the music is kick ass too.... composed by daddy mulk. they even have a music video for the ninja warriors soundtrack. soooo good

#640 8 years ago
Quoted from Aurich:

Nice! I was just reminiscing about this game the other day on a trip out to Banning to the museum. I haven't seen one of those in decades. Very cool find.
I'd love to play Ninja Warriors and Cal. 50, neither of which are particularly common apparently.

ohhh... love me some banning man. the funny thing is I don't know anyone in the SoCal / la area that has a nw?? I could be wrong.

I mos def think that john needs a .50 caliber and a ninja warriors for his arcade expo

#641 8 years ago
Quoted from mrclean:

This is my Snake Pit...

very nice game.... was this Richie's old snake pit??

one of my socal buddies bought one of the robotron minis from that warehouse in Canada years back ... what a beautiful machine!

Quoted from robotron:

the cleanest Williams games come from Canada. mostly from the time travel warehouse. I have a NOS robotron cocktail from there. yours looks very nice also.

roadblasters is a great classic atari game.

yes, what joe said.... see if you can find a marble madness or indiana jones kit (both great games too for the system1 cabs).

i own all 3 kits (def one of my fave arcades out there).

Quoted from embryonjohn:

What would you say the value of my Roadblasters is? I'm new to the stand-up game world

#754 8 years ago
Quoted from embryonjohn:

Where should I look for the kits you mentioned?

you could post a wtb ad over on klov.com or maybe ebay too

#759 8 years ago

ohh... peter pack rat is pretty cool... not my fave, but still pretty cool.

there is some good info / pics of 4 of the 5 kits over here...

Quoted from girloveswaffles:

No Peter Pack Rat or Road runner?

is the neo geo a conversion or dedicated.... any pics?

Quoted from jwwhite15:

Isn't it funny how things go through ebb and flow? You don't see something new you want at a good price for months and then you have 5 new machines. That being said I need to move a few things. I don't have enough room, ugh. Thought I would post a few things here first. Let me know if you have questions or are interested in something. I don't need them all gone but need to move something.
Polaris Cabaret - works and looks great - 800
Haley's Comet - needs a cap kit for vertical lines - 150
DKJr - works great ugly paint job - 600
PacMan w/turbo chip - works great looks nice - 600
NeoGeo 4 slot - new controls, control decal, 4 games - 600
Arch Rivals - looks and play good - 400

#818 8 years ago

that game is a beast!

#825 8 years ago

ohh... the suspense.... its killing me mang

Quoted from labnip:

got an unplanned called from STI today.
(they never called to coordinate date/time).
they said they were going to deliver in 45 minutes from then.
there was no way i could get home for delivery.
so, asked them to call & schedule a day next week. boooo....
didn't get to take delivery of new toy today
so maybe next week i'll post a pic.

#884 8 years ago

very nice lineup! love that cheyenne

Quoted from zippydapinhead:

added a couple new ones...

#885 8 years ago

congrats on the stargate mini....she's a beaut!

are you any good at stargate? one of the toughest 80's games out there

Quoted from labnip:

Speaking of which....
Look who finally arrived today

Quoted from j_m_:

I've got a complete, original and up and running Gaplus that I'm looking to sell. everything is original (matching serial no's) with the glass marquee. the artwork on the control panel and cabinet is probably what I would give an 7.5/10 and some idiot before me taped up the instruction card windows on the glass bezel with electrical tape.
I just recapped the monitor and it looks beautiful. the only issue is a weird graphical glitch for the last ship in reserve (down in the lower left corner of the screen). I've verified all of the roms and everything checks out ok.
pics upon request

where are you located??

hoop it up! I've been playing that game for like a week straight. amazing no one has bought it. that gw store is a magnet for games for sure. have had a lot of luck at that store over the years on my daily lunch breaks

#1206 7 years ago

looks great man! i really like the system1 custom sideart that rich has been sellin.

i really wanna hoop up the marble madness sideart for my machine

Quoted from Reality_Studio:

Hey guys, just finished my Road Blasters restore with custom side art. Figured I'd post pics here in case people were wondering what a Road Blasters with yellow t-moulding and custom side art looks like. I think it came out nice overall. The side art was bought from This Old Game.
