Great collection of not so common arcades!
Love Spy Hunter!
Thanks. These were some of favorites when I was younger. Spy Hunter is great, but it currently has an issue with hum coming from the speakers that I'm troubleshooting through. Apparently that's a common issue with Midway games of this Era when using a switching power supply.

Love it!
I got into collecting/restoring with Vectors because you can't simulate them well in MAME. The ones with "custom" controllers are what I want to collect/restore next and those are the EXACT ones I am on the lookout for! Very nice!
Had a MAME cabinet a few years back. Have started collecting bits and pieces to make another. Would love to have Satan’s Hollow and Mr. Do! dedicateds at some point.

nice dedicated. Hopefully the graphic glitch is a ez fix.

Using a large capacitor across the 12v and ground lugs on switcher has been known to fix the hum depending on the setup. If youre using a switcher kit from arcade shop they include one. Also, could be a grounding issue.
Google, mcr switcher capacitor to get some previous solutions.
Here is a pic of my messy game room a few months ago. This is about half of my games. Pile Position Cockpit is now gone and Major Havoc is currently for sale.

Yeah, I've tried that and a few other things. None of the fixes I found worked for me. I managed to eliminate 80% of the noise by removing the 12v bulbs and replacing them with LEDs. It's not a fix, but a workaround that I can live with.
I know it is insane but I am about to pull the trigger on a Star Wars battle pod. I know game play isn’t amazing but we love the ah factor. My dad has always wanted one. I will post pics when it arrives!

What price do those go for? I tried to play one once and needed Dramamine after.
Need some tech assistance. A buddy just picked up a used pacman arcade party cocktail and everything works except for the joystick on one side doesn't register going left. Any pointers on how to troubleshoot and fix?

check ground wire, check signal wire that should be normally open connector and lastly replace the left microswitch itself. You can test by running a jumper between the 2 wires hooked up to the left on that joystick which will cause the character to move left.
If by chance they are leaf switches, adjust the gap or clean the contacts.

GREAT flashback with the monitor on top of the Dragon's Lair. I had a few folks watching me finally beat that beast back in the day.

Cool candy cabs, that lineup photo almost exactly looks like my old place 8/9 years ago (two blasts, mvs 28, and new Astro) but I’m all Taito now.
What’s in the vewlix? Interesting button/stick colors.

The Vewlix has a PC that boots into big picture mode on Steam. Originally I was figuring I'd play mostly Street Fighter on it, but at parties it seems like Lethal League is the biggest hit, I also really like to play Super Meat Boy on it, that works really well on an arcade layout. The next one I have coming I'll probably tate and use for vertical shooters. Either that or I'll make it a dedicated Windjammers 2 cabinet.

AAAhhh.... Wow that is a steal of a price. If only you were on the West Coast i'd jump on this. I just bought a #star-wars-stern-le .... Money is now depleted.
GLWTS!! At that price it should be gone very soon. Looks like you did a Repo job and it looks real clean.

Nice line up brother-let me know when you are done with Spy Hunter

Looking to sell or trade (for pins) my Space Duel / Black Widow / Gravitar machine. It's a Space Duel that was restored by TNT Amusements so it's in excellent condition with great sideart, and monitor has LV2000 in it. Also have boards, control panels and marquees for Black Widow and Gravitar that work plug in play in this machine so it's like 3 machines in one. If anyone local in Los Angeles is interested in it, hit me up! Also have a Frogger and Turbo that I could trade for pins, they were also restored by TNT Amusements. Mostly looking for a T2 pin right now.
Finished off my Super Sprint. Original cabinet, burn free med res monitor, new screen printed metallic front and side art and CPO, NOS bezel art, NOS Atari wheel caps. Powder coated metal, new glass, new buttons. Etc.
