Wow... I remember following the posts documenting the Nibbler project. I hope it goes for good money after all that hard work. It's the worst time of the year for me to lay that kind of cash down, but I would if I could.
Thanks man, we'll see.

LOL, i'm sure the guys who made it did that on purpose.

Sweetness!!
How do you like Big Buck Hunter HD?
I've looked at them forever, but never seen someone who has it in their house; does it get a lot of play?

I have a bunch of different stuff in my house, skeeball, Pac-Man battle royale, Mario karts, bubble hockey, moto’s, slots. Most of pins and games are at a vacation home where I have lots of parties with neighbors and friends. Most of the games I have are good for casual players. Saying that, buck hunter is great because it is good for the casual player and also the advanced player. It is not linear like the terminator salvation I have that is fun, but is repetitive. In Buck competitive play in two player mode is awesome. Propbably my wife and my favorite thing to play together. I also have all the add on packs except for duck dynasty and zombies is a big hit for kids.
Overall it is a lot of fun. I still need to get a bigger monitor. I would recommend to anyone looking to mix it up and add something different to their game space.
On another note I am looking for a DDR/Pump It Up to add to the fun. Also looking for an arcade Jurassic Park from Raw Thrills.
Thanks, Mike
It’s not my game but it looks like an LCD flat screen.

Ive got a BBH Safari cabinet upgraded to World. Huge hit with every guest. What are the expansion packs you speak of?

When I bought my HD, I didn’t have wild. I updated to wild and zombies. Now there is a buckzilla game I need to see if I can get.
Ah, I see. Looks like a completely different (newer) setup than mine. I’ve got a 29” medium Rez monitor.

One of my favorite games as a teen. Loved it so much I bought it on the atari lynx portable. Thankfully my local arcade has this title.
"harumph harra harra harr harrr... nice work!"

I dare you to jam a quarter into that one.

Jammed many a quarter into a Galaxian at the local 7-11, back in the early 80's.

It is on 'Free Play'. Picked it up at a Hallmark Store. Backlit marque, the little joy stick moves, up - down, and left - right. It has only the 1 game, and I do not think it has a High Score Save capability. High score only stays in place until it is turned off, or when it times out and shuts off itself.
There was a Defender, Galaxian, and another game, possibly Ms Pac Man.
Quoted from HighProtein:Just scored a deeeeeal on my 2nd shooter...[quoted image]
were the chains on the guns standard or after market ?
Hey guys, any thoughts on what a working time crisis II should go for? Its a dual unit with 27" monitors and a pedestal.
I'm looking for a Top Gunner Konami PCB (not working is fine as well). Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks!
Jack

This was originally a Virtua Fighter cabinet, so it's a kit regardless.
Man my wife absolutely loves the DDR. Easily her favorite thing in the house. She is now using it as a work out. Can’t wait to have a party and get some intoxicated people rocking it.
Was going to leave it as is but probably am going to restore it.
Nothing better than buying something that gets the wife and others to hangout at the house.
I would highly recommend one of these!

Nice! some DDR & wine- the kids look like they want a turn....lol
Quoted from HighProtein:I'm seeking a Soul Calibur 1 board if anyone has one.
I am sure I have one, but I am real busy right now and it would take me several weeks to find it.

It can be quite a workout. when my buddy plays on both stages its pretty insane. I know an older operator whos wife enjoyed using ddr for a workout until she fell and broke her hip.
Quoted from pinmister:That Groove Coaster looks interesting-had to google it. I bet it is a hit at parties ...
Yeah, people love it. It definitely gets a lot more play than my pins from non-pinheads.
We've got really great Pac-Man and Donkey Kong restorations (performed by Gene and team at the Vintage Arcade Superstore in Glendale). Love these things, and love that they are original hardware. (Owning both of these machines was always a dream as a kid

Does the Groove Coaster work okay offline? I've been learning how to deal with all the Konami e-Amusement network issues if you want to use their cabs in the US and it's definitely a pain the ass. Seems like everything expects a network these days.
