So close. It was my TV main board. Still dead though. I’m looking at the boards with a thermal imager. All boards have power but I’ve got no sound, backlight nothing. I suspect it is a surface mount cap gone bad. This TVhas more boards than any TV I’ve ever owned.
Ok, help a total greenhorn like me understand what your trying to do with the oven. I’m assuming trying to melt the solder a little so it reflows a little and makes connections?

Remove all the components from the board. Heat it up. Shake them off.
