Gues I'm odd man out. Since I want kids to play my machines, it's family friendly pins for me. I'd have to be out on most of these pins.

    #55 9 years ago

Man I haven't got time to play with myself!

Duke Nukem all the way! Anyone who has played the game on a pc or game box would agree. Killer content there to draw from. Babes and all! I see some classic art there for sure.
In the new duke nukem game there is a duke pinball machine in it you can even play! lol

I am here to kick ass and chew gum and I am all outta gum! 'John St. John as Duke Nukem'

"Adult-themed games" is an oxymoron. I don't like any games that cannot be prominent in a family game room. I don't like horror and sex being shoved in little kids faces. I can understand how things were different in the glory days of arcades, but if you like games like chiller and big dick, go play them in a porn arcade where they belong.

I fully agree. If you are in your 30's or older and think "adult theme" games are "cool", then you're really not an adult.

So I take it you two aren't in on "The Big Lebowski" pin

I love that movie, but I wouldn't be too excited about glamorizing a ne'er-do-well pot head to my pre-teen child. But I must be weird because I don't play murder-simulation video games and watch murder-porn/cadaver TV every night.

    Quoted from vid1900:

Remember when Pee-Wee and Jeffery Jones got caught taking pictures of a naked 14 year old boy?
If I was a little boy, I'd be scared too.

That is inaccurate. Jones - yes. Pee-Wee got arrested again because his art collection included a painting that had a naked cherub in it. When his house was inspected as part of his probation, they labeled it "related to kiddie porn" and charged him again with possession of it and violation of probation. That one was BS.

Creepshow, I have the perfect translite. The Crate Multiball, think of the call outs " this is going to be extremely painful Mr. Veral" This is my dream pin but will never happen.
    Creepshow-Cover-WEBSITE.jpg 85 KB

Oh man I've spent so much time thinking about this. Crate multiball just like in Elvira but under a staircase, a meteor hole, ball pops out of the grave, a sealed room (captive ball) covered in cockroaches...the possibilities are endless.

Maybe the skillshot is always as Billy with his dad yelling at him and depending on which comic you landed on would unlock different modes.

*ball drains* "I CAN HOLD MY BREATH FOR A LONG TIME!"

    Quoted from KillyKillall:

Pee-Wee got arrested again because his art collection included a painting that had a naked cherub in it.

    "
Pee-wee's latest adventure began in 2001 when Los Angeles police received a complaint from a teenager about Reubens and a friend, the actor Jeffrey Jones. The complaint was dismissed, but not before detectives searched the homes of both men. Jones now stands accused of taking pornographic pictures of a juvenile, a felony. Reubens faces a lesser charge: possession. Both have pleaded not guilty.

    "

Looks like it was a lot more than a painting of a cherub, as there were movies of underage boys too.

    Interesting read:

What I think about Adult themes: I find Bally Playboy cool and Stern Playboy really ugly / tasteless. Go figure.

    #76 9 years ago

There are some great possibilities with Scarface!

Chainsaw timer, Whitesand hourglass, Helicopter rope jumping.
Progressive jackpot, first you get the money, then you get the power, then you get the woman.
Multiball storming the house for the Ultimate Little friend Jackpot!

Scarface is a good one. I'm sure The Godfather would be popular as well.

Out of all the suggestions I've read Scarface and Game of Thrones are the only two themes that have enough mainstream appeal to have a chance of becoming pins.

It'd be interesting, since "Balls of Steel" was released both as a standalone video game pinball, and also included in Duke Nukem Forever (and playable in "your digs" if you got the achievements - but the controls suck.)

I have not looked lately, but it seems like somebody could easily do a VP version at least, if not the real thing.

Scarface for sure. Used Cars was a great movie..................

    Leisure Suit Larry.
    Fritz the Cat.
    The Boondocks.
Daria. (Which has a spot on my dream grail list..)

And for the particularly discerning crowd, Bible Black.
