    Quoted from PopBumperPete:

    William Hootkins:
    Was in Flash Gordon (Munson)
    Star Wars (Porkins)
    Batman (Lt Ekhart)
    Indiana Jones (Major Eaton)

    Nice!

    Quoted from erak:

    Harrison Ford
    Star wars sonic
    Star Wars Data East
    Star Wars Trilogy Sega
    The Empire Strikes Back Hankin
    Indiana Jones. William's
    Indiana Jones Stern
But if you go by what movie character appears on the playfield the most times in pins its R2D2. Gotta add SWE1 to the list for him.

So that would make Kenny Baker the winner.

If all the boutique pins / re-themes count we have to add Keanu Reeves to the list:
    BSD
    JM
    Matrix.

Too bad that article is wrong. It says Pamela Anderson is on one pin. Baywatch, and Barb wire. =2.

I could live with a 'Time Bandits" pinball machine

I thought the WMS Indiana Jones isn't actually Harrison Ford but another actor?

True. Strike it from the record!

    #59 8 years ago

I thought it was Arnold with T2,T3, Predator, Total Recall(proto), LAH...

Harrison Ford looks like he has had a ton as well. You are telling me WMS is not Ford but a look alike? I find the likeness hard to believe scars considered.

To me, there's a few interesting questions that can be asked:

    1. Who's likeness has been used interactively the most?
    2. Who's recorded custom speech the most often?

The question of "who's been in a movie that a game was made off of" isn't nearly as interesting.

For Q1, everyone's mostly figured out the clear winner, which is Harrison Ford and his 4 appearances where his voice was used (SW, IJ, SWT, IJ4). Did you know there's another actor who's been used 4 times? His name has not even come up in this thread yet. I'll give you some time to think about it.

For Q2, I'm pretty sure there are several 2-timers that I know of for sure: John Rhys-Davies (IJ, LOTR), Arnold (T2, T3... I seriously don't know if he recorded anything for LAH, though obviously movie speech is used in-game), Tim Curry (Shadow and I *believe* Congo). This list gets small quick.

OK, back to Q1. One hint: 2 of his movies are the same as Harrison Ford's. It's tough. You probably don't even remember one of the movies.

It's Alfred Molina. IJ, Maverick(!), SM, IJ4.

Is he related to the catching brothers?

Checked imdb for Ian McKellen. 5 games!

    Last Action Hero (Death)
    The Shadow (Dr. Lane)
    X-Men (Mageneto)
    Lord of the Rings (Gandalf)
    The Hobbit (Gandolf grey)

    #63 8 years ago

Interestingly, Laurel and Hardy are featured on three games.

    Prospector (Sonic)
    Flicker (Bally)
    Cinema/Hollywood (Chicago Coin)

X-Men is based on the comics, not the movies though, right? That still leaves him with four, although I don't think he's pictured as Death in LAH, is he?

Edit: He is pictured on the top right of the LAH translite.

Looks like Harrison Ford takes the lead with 5 now that Stern Star Wars is out.

Also no one mentioned Burgess Meredith with
    Batman 66 (Penguin)
Twilight Zone (broken glasses guy - Henry Bemis "Time Enough at Last")
Too bad his likeness isn't on Rocky too

    Quoted from rai:

Orlando Bloom is in PotC, LOTR and The Hobbit not sure how much he's in The Hobbit pin if any.

We need to add another one for Orlando Bloom with new Potc (would make 4 if he’s in TH don’t know) plus all the duplicates for each Potc Jonny Depp etc..

Isn't Stern currently at work on a "Stop or My Mom Will Shoot" to give Sly the edge?

Had a bad night of sleeping and thought of this question and then found this thread. Is the "winner" Harrison Ford with 5? Looked like per above Ian McKellan had 4

Mckellan might have been in the movie but his image nor voice appears nowhere in the shadow game.
