The slot machine itself is a pencil sharpener, if I recall. There's just a hole cut into it big enough for the ball, plus some sort of bracket/plate (can probably be made with a dremmel tool), and an LED. Probably $15-$20 to make it yourself.

They probably stopped being manufactured, which is probably the mod when out of stock everywhere.
