I herd you need to do 12volt led up there. Do led look better or not? FYI the rest of the game has led's

I just got a wh20 and was going to start a thread on this as well. Will Be interesting to see all the opinions.

I agree that it should be left stock.

nothing but stock!

Stock.

I have leds in my inserts, but g.i. and topper stock. The leds up there look kinda "cheap" to me.

Are they clown puking it or just standard color matching?

If it's clown puked already, then just get it over with and out LEDs up there.

EDIT: Also, fix the poll.

I tried a number of things, stock bulbs, blue leds, plus both cool and warm white leds. Didn't like the looks of any of them...finally found some automotive led lights that look great, can't remember the brand...but it gives off a good shade of white/blue color that blends nicely with the translite.

Do not put LED inthere.....it does not give the same effect as bulb.

....and believe me...I know

Stock.

The LED movement effect is much to pronounced to look like a smooth waterfall effect. Incandecents look much more appropriate here in my opinion.

I just put leds in the topper last night. I am taking them out today.

The topper relies on the slow on/off of a regular bulb to give a smooth look. LEDs will ruin this.
