I'm repairing a Whitewater pin,repaired most problems but all controlled lamps won't work,gi's are fine

Yes I did it,I used the getaway CPU on wh2o with the same results,so problem maybe is power driver or something else?
Associate fuse is 114 I change it,and inspect the other ones using my meter,I will swapp ribbons tomorrow to see if this is the problem.
Will buy a logic probe to check more inside this problem
Ok guys,working early here
Problem is,lack of 18 v
Check ribbons with no luck
Gonna check br1 because this bridge is different to the others
Something else?
F 114 is ok
