Quoted from fiberdude120:

There is a switch on the ramp under the mountains that may need adjusting.

Thanks for the tip. A couple more questions regarding the same machine:

When I hit Disaster Drop, the animation plays for a ball lock, but does not award one. Any idea what that is all about? Not really a huge deal, but when it thinks a ball has been locked it tries to plunge... nothing.

The first and most prominent problem we had was the ball getting stuck when being fed to upper right flipper. It seemed to be getting stuck between the plastic and wood of the upper playfield, right after being plunged from No Way Out.

Thanks for the help!

Quoted from mot:

Any switch errors in the status report?
Go into switch test and load balls one at a time into the trough to verify that those are working. Load balls one at a time into No Way Out to see if those switches are all working. Use a ball to test the switches through the Spine Chiller to verify that nothing weird is happening (multiple switch closures).
The ball getting stuck after being ejected to the upper playfield is likely caused by a divot in the playfield where the ball hammers into it. I have the same problem on mine. I bought the Cliffy protector to resolve the problem, and will install it when I reassemble my game.

I like the idea of the Cliffy protector, although it seems that the ball also gets stuck on the plastic part of the ramp, almost on the lower screw. I assume that just tightening those screws as much as possible will help that. Any tips one the best way to get to those screws without taking too much apart?
