Strange indeed! The switch at the ramp entrance activates the diverter (makes Bigfoot push the ball) and the switch hidden under the mountain activates the growl, head turn and whirlpool sounds as far as I remember. Besides doing a factory reset, were you doing any work on the game that might have caused the switch to be bumped or a wire to come loose? That switch is a known issue because it tends to break at the mounting bracket. Try taking the rear/large mountain off and activating it in switch test to see if it’s working. Remove the two screws from the large mountain/boulder at the rear. Underneath you’ll see this switch which is always a trouble for us WH2O owners. This is mine before I did my restoration. You can see, this guy got creative in order to get it to work because the bracket had broken off the ramp. I was doing a full restoration anyways so I ended up buying a new ramp set, mounting bracket, switch and the PinBits protector mentioned earlier. The thing works flawlessly!
