When the ball comes down Insanity Falls to the left flipper inlane it has a tendancy to spin out and into the outlane...

Any ideas?

I had this happen on my WH20. You should be able to adjust the ramp enough to fix it. Mainly with the screw in the lane guide. Also make sure the game is level and at a good incline.
