Would this be considered a pretty fair trade if both games are about equal in condition?

No the TAF is worth more. I am sure some WH20 owners will post that TAF isn't worth more and that is okay. 
While WH20 went up in recent months it is not at the same level price wise as TAF. On a side note I much prefer to play WH20 over TAF. That said, TAF in the same condition as a WH20 is worth at least $800 to $1000 more (maybe more than that) IMO.
