What are you using for the raft inserts? Seems like pink LEDs, but are the doubles or what?
Also, be sure to cut down the right most standoff on the ball guide going from the upper playfield toward Bigfoot. That standoff is too tall and causes the ball to smack into the switch mount on the ramp.
I just put mine back together recently, so let me know if you need any help (though I doubt you will).
