Jesus... how do people over complicate this?
Gillette Mach 3 in the shower with a no fog mirror and a decent shave gel is really all you need.
You can shave anything you want with one and I have rarely if ever gotten cut over the years and if I did it was for not paying attention.
There is a reason the Mach 3 has been around forever... they keep trying to make it "better" but they cant.
Its cheap and it works.
