True, design may not be where it should of been.
Mine broke too only 72 plays!
What's the best fix for this? The metal pin inside the tooth.....
Also what glue is the best?
By the way it broke when the ball was ejected from the snakes' mouth

I spoke to Patrick regarding my tooth that broke off as well, he said the solution was to cut the other one off, i said it will look like a frog, he said the fangs were to be removed before production, so pretty much they are doing nothing about this
Quoted from Profgrif:the fangs were to be removed before production
Wow, that sounds like a load of BS if I ever heard some.
yea i couldn't believe it either when he told me that! I had a switch break and they sent that right out but they are doing nothing about the teeth
Quoted from redmamanora:Typical Stern response.
That is just not true. Stern has always been really good to me when I have contacted them with problems, even replacing parts on machines that are well past the normal warranty period.
And yes, the left fang broke on our snake in Metallica after a week on location. It actually got lodged in the wood where the right in-lane switch is, causing balls to get stuck there. Amazingly the right fang is still intact after over 2000 plays.
