    Hi Guys and Gals.

We own a part time fabrication company that has been mostly making acrylic items such as jewelry and some pinball parts. Most notably to the pinball community we've been doing the Spiderman Colored Webs that are available on Ebay and some clear ramp plastics for BSD.

Well, our company is called Fabrication Unlimited for a reason. We are just as happy, if not happier, to play with metal and have decided to offer TIG welding as a service to the pinball community. We know how hard it can be to find someone to take 15 mins to weld up a little pinball part that also understands pinball enough to know what matters.

Since we have the ability to TIG weld Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Steel; we've repaired metal scoops for a few friends and have recently been asked by other pinball owners to help them out too. We've been offering this service for about 6 months and have helped repair at least 10 machines.

So if you have a broken tab on your guide rail or scoop we can likely fix it. Have a metal assembly with a broken spot weld? We can probably weld it up stronger than new.

Pricing starts at $20 plus return shipping. This would typically cover repairing 1-3 broken welds/small cracks

We've been turning them around most of the time within a day of receiving them. But like to say within the week just in case something comes up. If it matters just ask before sending and we can let you know.

If you have something you'd like fixed, send us a photo of the issue and we can get you a price estimate.

Here's a recent repair. Replaced the original spot weld with a fully welded seam. Should last much longer now herg !

Here is another scoop repair. This is for a Whirl Wind. We welded the tab and then added more weld along the seam to give it extra support.

Have a couple cracked ball guides on r&b. Commenting to save and remind myself to pull them to see how bad they are

Ok got another wireform fixed. herg

Plated parts do require us to strip the plating near the weld so that area does end up unplated. I do my best to clean up the area afterwards as tonhave it blend in but it's not always perfect. Likely you won't see it once installed, or you could send it out for replating.

Thanks, Jason. Yeah, I think that looks good, and will be well hidden when installed. I think it will look better that way than a brand new chrome plating that doesn't match the other nearly 30 year old stuff in the game.

My habitrail is back from Fabrication Unlimited. I had it back together before I realized my pic was blurry. Oh well. But it does look good. It still shines up pretty well even without the plating. Thanks! In this case all the welds are covered by the limo plastic anyway.

Deja vu! That's the same habitrail that Jason fixed for me... and that game is also in Warrenton now.

Yeah, I thought that looked familiar.

    Another happy customer here.

I sent Jason a pivot arm assembly for a zipper flipper mechanism from Williams Doozie that had come loose. I had him fix the left side and beef up the right side weld while he was at it. Works great, nice job. Good price, service and communication.

    "Good" side:

    Bad/loose side:

The upkicker habitrail on my MNF are colored yellow and one of the welds broke. Is that something you’d be able to reweld? Then I’d have to get someone else to paint it again?

Another weirded one. I have a Torpedo alley. At some point in its life someone decided to CUT one of the wires off the habitrails when the weld broke. So about 4 inches of wire is missing and causes the ball to jump right out of the game into some plastics.
Is that something you can repair?
