Deposit down on LE! Very excited. Any guesses yet for the shipping dates on the LE?

I just sent in my balanced owed on an LE. I'm officially broke! But, I could be playing it in as little 10-14 days according to my distributor because of my close proximity to the factory (I guess 8-9 hours is close).

I haven't heard anything yet. My distributor says anytime, but I'm going nuts! Lol. I wish there was a way I could find out some kind of timeline for delivery. This is my first new in box, do you typically get an email or a phone call from the distributor or from delivery company first?

#490 4 years ago

Good info on delivery. Thanks guys!!

#551 4 years ago

I got the call from the shipping company at work today saying that it was in and they would like to schedule a delivery for Monday as they had no drivers left today. Ah ah ah, ah ah ah! I could have swore I heard the turnstyles at work making the Spitter spinning sound as I flew out the door to run up and get it myself( only a 45 minute drive). Number 159

My delivery has been delayed. It is sitting 5 miles from my home since Fri. but I can't pick it up and they can't deliver it until Tues!
For those who received it... Does the dinosaur throw the ball around? I'm hearing maybe it doesn't even though their marketing video clearly showed it doing that.

Mine does, she has dropped the ball in several different areas

#154 JP LE Arrived today. Everything seems great out of the box.
The helicopter blades hit the wireform when it spins, but should be easy enough to adjust. Is the helicopter easy to remove?
Time to dig in with some titan bands tonight.

What advantage do the titan bands have over the stock ones? Would I notice a difference? I like the look of the orange ones in a previous post and was wondering what the advantages are.....

#709 4 years ago

I had to tighten the post underneath the upper right flipper last night. About 125 plays. I put medium strength loctight on the bolt (came with nylon lock nut). No worries

anyone thinking of canceling your LE DONT DO IT. This game is an absolute blast! Today I grabbed a polk sub from best buy and it sounds amazing!! I am enjoying the hell outta my first stern le and I don’t feel like a putz at all![quoted image]

What did you use exactly to hook the Polk up to the pinball machine?

Quoted from arcadem:

Day 2 of my JP2 LE and I am enjoying it immensely. I installed some mods today including the Electric Fence Upgrade that Mezel MOD offers. It is an awesome upgrade from the simple acrylic plastics that came with my LE but it did require some modifications to successfully install. Here are just a few hints:
1. The wire guides in the new columns were to small for the crimped edges of the fence wire to fit; An easy solve that was accomplished by drilling larger holes for the crimped ends to fit into.
2. The mod seems like it was designed and tested on a JP Pro because the T-Rex on my LE bashed into the sides of the columns and got stuck on the left side and started chattering as the gearing became stressed. I had to turn the game off and make the maximum adjustments that I could in order to provide clearance; it now just barely clears now but the 10000 volt sign that is included had to be placed low on the right side column so that the T-Rex could clear it too.
3. The 'broken' wires for the fence had to be moved as far to the outside of each columns as could be achieved so that they would no entangle the T-Rex.
These are all relatively minor issues but that are worth knowing about in advance in order to obtain a satisfactory install. All in all it is a simple install and I am quite pleased with the end result.
Hope this helps.

Could I see a picture of that mod on your game? Sounds interesting

Pinstadium Omegas in both the Elwin games because they have metal ramps.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

Do I understand correctly that the Omegas do not have the bulb like reflections on the playfield when they are on?

Quoted from tacreno:

Yeah, I was thinking this as well. I'll have to do some more troubleshooting. I am getting an alert in the maintenance menu about switch #38 which is the raptor top switch but every time I test it, it is working fine.

I get that alert every time as well......

Quoted from Gotfrogs:

I got my Mezel Mods Raptor Pin in the mail today. It is one of the few available mods that I really like. Still waiting for a better helicopter option![quoted image]

Did this mod work right out of the box for the LE's? I seem to remember some issues with the Pro vs the LE.

#1167 4 years ago

Just got my highest score to date. 314 million. I know, nothing to brag about. How are you guys going after the big scores? Stricly raptor, t rex, and chaos multi ball? Does it pay to go after the paddocks? I would love to hear some of your guys insights and tips!

I am having trouble downloading the .90 LE file. I have tried chrome and ie browsers and I cannot get the download to finish. One the i.e. browser, I get a finished download, but when I unzip them to put on the usb drive, I get one file that is 1,953,125 kb's and another file that is still zipped. When I try to unzip the smaller file (about 481,860 kb's) it says that file is either an unkown format or is damaged. For those of you who have updated their LE's, I should have two .spk files for the usb drive when I unzip the original file right?

I am having trouble with my right flipper, it is having not making it up the ramp and I have the power set to full (250). I know the coil stops are problematic, but what about them are bad? I opened mine up, and looked at coil stop, but cannot see anything loose or broken. Do they just bend a little? I guess I am trying to ask if the problem is obvious with a "bad" coil stop?

Thanks in advance!

I seen on tilt forums that Keith said yesterday the crash after smart missle on multiball was already fixed. I just downloaded the new 0.95 LE code and I had it crash today. Has this been fixed yet?

sk8ball have you reproduced the Smart Missile crash bug mentioned above? I hit it a second time and have taken to simply cancelling smart missiles.

Quoted from PDX-Mike:

Has anyone that ordered their amber shooter rod from Little Shop Of Games received theirs yet? I messaged them last week, still have not heard back.

Funny you should say that. I ordered one months ago and emailed them about a month ago and got no reply. I called them about two weeks ago and at the time he said very few were out but they should start shipping soon. I am trying not to be skeptical.
