Apologize if this has been covered before. Received my Prem yesterday. When I was at Expo, when I played the Prem, when TREX grabbed the ball in his mouth, when he let it go, it would be dropped on the wireform. Mine drops a little bit short every time (hits the left rail of the wireform and falls to the playfield...is it supposed to hit the wireform? Is there an adjustment that can be made on the TREX to move it slightly right?

Also curious about an adjustment in the ADJ menu. #225. If you change it to throw the ball or not, there is no change on mine. Should it be throwing the ball a distance or just dropping it like on the other setting?

Thanks,

Hogey

Response from Chas at Stern:

Hi John,
This is set thru the game software. We don’t have any adjustments for this but you can check the operation of the T-rex in diagnostics. Go to game specific test for this. There will be updates so the T-rex more when these are finished.

Worked through a number of "tries" to fix the T Rex ball drop issue with Pablo at Stern. He got together with the engineers and they were struggling trying to find a solution. My buddy came over today and after some discussion, loosened the screws holding the bracket for the the T Rex in place, shifted it as best we could and put a piece of flipper rubber between the bracket and the backboard to force it right a bit, and tightened the screws back down. The ball is now dropping as it should. All good. Thanks for the help all.

Anybody else having any freezing of the game or resets? I've had it freeze a few times at the beginning of T Rex Multiball (when the T Rex picture is full in the display). Then today I had a great game going (of course) and everything shutdown on the playfield...all the lights, etc. The backbox lights stayed on. Display was blank as well. The game didn't start again. I had to cycle the game off and on to get it to clear. Anyone? Running the newest code.

Thanks.
