Are you sure it isn't just a balancing issue? When I replaced the helicopter, I was surprised by how much finesse it took to keep the blade balanced. They seemed to rely on an eccentrically bored bushing to do the work. What seemed like a minor add-on was pretty tricky to get right. I think the new jeep looks good. It may be worth more fiddling to get it right.

Yeah I checked and doesn't about an hour making sure it was aligned. It worked perfectly underneath but ultimately the car weight was too much. When I took the stock car off you realize how light it is.

#461 is in the House! I’ve only had it since Saturday, but I am absolutely loving this machine! Truly one of the funest pins I’ve ever played. I keep coming back for more and more and more. I’m also lucky everything works perfect. The T-Rex picks up the ball each time drops it on the wire form properly and also throws it perfectly. The only thing I’d like to fix is that my T-Rex is hitting the left fence piece sometimes. I know I can adjust it but since it’s working so perfectly and so many people have had issues adjusting it I’m kind of afraid to tinker with it. Has anyone else had the same exact issue and been able to adjust it without throwing off its accuracy? If so please tell me what you did. I’m so glad I joined this club!

My Trex hits the left gate as well but works perfectly! I’m not going to mess with mine at all!!

Loving this game. Will post a review later (spoiler, it's Stern's best ever) but the only thing I haven't seen is the Trex throwing the ball? When I played this a few months ago it was random....toss or drop on wireform. With this code the Trex seems to always drop it on wireform

I checked settings and tose is enabled and I would love to be random vs always wireform unless in a certain Trex mode

Any thoughts?

Certain modes. I know the t-rex rampage throws it. I'm not sure about the others.

So far on mine I've only seen him throw it in rampage. But I haven't even scratched the surface in the game yet.

How do you know what T-Rex mode you are going to get? I am pretty sure it’s based on truck direction but I feel like I get t-Rex multiball first 90% of the time. Is it always multiball first then the next ones you qualify are based on truck direction?

My guess if it was always Random, the boards would light up for possible damage.
By reducing it to an harder event, less wear and tear, and a sold as more special to get to "see".
My opinion, anyway.

I was playing raptor multi-ball and the raptors won.

My understanding is that once the T-rex event is ready and she lowers her jaw, it is ready for T-rex multiball as soon as you get it in her mouth. However, if you hit the truck before getting it in her mouth, it will begin cycling through the t-rex modes each time you hit the truck.

I think T-Rex multiball is always first, then for subsequent T-Rex events the selection switches each time the truck changes direction.

Just installed my Amber shooter rod. Love it. Boy those instructions suck! They don’t even mention where the wire goes and they tell you not to remove screws that you must remove to install it. Stern you need to pick up your game that’s just ridiculous. Thanks to those who posted what to do. I had to figure out where CN15 was and only knew it was that connector from this thread.

Got all my mods installed except three. One I have the wrong part and two others will take too long. Enough for today. Back to playing. I’ll post pics when I have all mods in.

Thanks. Yeah the Jeep looks great. Partially blocked by the extra big stone look sign. They made some great mods for this pin, my raptor pen is the wrong model, I have to get a replacement so it’s only partially installed. And I just realized you can’t add a light to the t-rex mouth on the LE or premium, it only goes in the pro. So I can’t use that one duh. Then I have to put Pinstadium Omegas in, doing that last. Thinking of adding one of those external Stern volume controls that goes where the tournament slot is. The main reason I keep the key in all my machines is so I can adjust the volume. Otherwise I’d prefer to take them out so no one changes my settings without asking lol.

How can you tell that you have the wrong Raptor pen? I bought the pen but my game is a little ways out before it gets delivered. I would like to make sure mine is correct.

Mezelmods sell 2 versions. The pro and the premium/le. They are slightly different. I had to check too because I wasn’t sure I had ordered the correct one.

Yes there are two versions. They must have sent me the pro version because there is a screw right in the way of where it goes and they hollowed out spots for the screws but there was no hole for the screw so it will not go flush.

Bad luck. So I’ve owned pins for a year now and bottom line the ball will get stuck in almost every single one of them eventually. That’s pinball. As long as it doesn’t happen repeatedly not a big deal. I’ve had balls get stuck in all my machines. They manage to get stuck in the weirdest places too.

What are your thoughts on the signs? Do they block the playfield? I keep going back and forth on buying them as they add up fast. I was wanting to get the East Dock, Trex and Raptor. Probably pass on the Helipad. Or maybe just get the East Dock only..... They do look like they are good quality.

I like the signs. If you fully mod up there aren’t a lot of places to put them. My pics showed the best places I could find. The TRex sign is in the left side of the ramp. If I put it any farther back he would hit it. It’s come loose twice there, may not be able to keep that one there. They are good quality and look just like the ones in the movies.

Anyone happen to know whether JP2 premiums are still on the line or are they running something else now?
