I had 'completely hide promotion box' setting selected. Not sure why that mattered, but it works now. Thanks.

On mine, I push and hold my profile avatar at the top right. A pop up window appears. Use the back button at the bottom of the phone to clear the pop up screen and the logout button will be below your avatar image.
Another option is to click your avatar image at the top and on the profile screen there's an option to log off at the top.
