Today while playing MM I got a ball stuck on the top of the castle turret
In the back box, after raising and the lowering the playfield. It took me a while to figure that one out.
i had a friend get a ball stuck under a sling on wcs94, on location, the first night it was there, the second game we played. unfortunately, the game won't play with one missing.
Quoted from badbilly27:In my stomach after getting kicked in the groin accidentally. Or at least it felt like that.

WMS games do play with missing balls it just takes a long time for it to happen.
maybe it was hitting the sling switch on the search then. we had to wait until the next day to play again

I opened this thread thinking that an extremely painful, off topic, subject was being discussed. Now I am rather disappointed because I had an unbelievable story to tell.
Yesterday on my t2 i got a ball stuck in the cannon off a ricochet from the center targets. It landed right on top of the switch so the machine had no idea where it was. The second ball search knocked it loose when the cannon fired itself. Ot a vide, but its hard to see.
On Batman Forever balls fly in every direction. You name it and chances are that's a spot where the ball has gotten stuck.
Earlier today on Jurassic Park Lost World. Didn't notice any wear or dirt, good incline.
During multiball, two balls cradled on the right. Released the flipper, both balls rolled down just a little and then stopped...

Bet there magnetized!
same sometimes on my JPLW
The bookcase on the TAF at work has recently had a support underneath it start to give out... I think. This causes a small lip to form where the edge of the blue platform edge (of said bookcase) meets the playfield. So it's happened to me twice now that as I'm shooting the vault and the ball ends up trying to pull off some Tony Hawk shit and gets balanced on the top corner of the bookcase and the plastic to the right of the vault scoop. It's silly but I just wait for the cycle and wonder if I'd get an achievement for it if I were on Pinball Arcade.
That's pretty amazing. FYI on my TAF I took a black zip tie and ran it around his waist and the chair. Looks like a black belt but he has never come loose again.
My wife recently read Fifty Shades of Grey and related one of the more interesting tidbits of smarmy info she gleaned from that book. And it occurred to me that old pinballs would probably double nicely as ben-wa balls.
So, yeah. I think that would count as the weirdest place you could have balls stuck.

well.... their is one place weirder.....just sayin...
Quoted from Snailman:This happened during our monthly tourney last week on TAF
Well done Fester.....you're really on the ball!
I read a tip from Chad on the DE Star Wars club that if you don't shoot the Death Star early for the 5 million bonus then it stays open rather than closing very fast. Great now I can finally get tri-ball reliably again!!! I fire the ball straight into the Death Star....and nothing. Ball vanishes.
I had to dismantle the Death Star, the ball was wedged up in a metal bracket inside.

Good old school button-fly jeans! The original ball save.
TWD pro on location. Eventually game gave up and considered it a drain. It was really jammed there somehow. 3rd ball I nailed the ramp and freed it but then the unofficial multiball screwed the whole thing up, 2 balls in shooter lane and such
