I love when you call tech support and they act like they never heard of the problem. IMHO they are way messed up on so many fronts. Advertising, Engineering, Product development, QA/QC, tech support and shipping out replacement parts.
Like I said, I love pinball so I keep buying the pain.
Hulk is a bad ass game, hope you get it fixed soon.
Maybe send them a message through FB in addition to email/phone calls?
I often think Stern is rushing out games to get as much money as possible before JJP releases WOZ.
