No meter. The story is the game never worked right so it was put away for years. It still didn't work right when I bought it until I pulled the extra set of keys that were stuck out of the relay bank hanging under the play field. It's worked fine ever since.
I attribute that slight wear in the shooter lane to what might have been the original ball that I removed once I got it. It was in pretty bad shape. You really have to play it to feel what a new game must have felt like in 1968.
This is the kind of game you never want to sell. It was also a game I had been looking for because my daughter and I used go to amusement parks and she would sit and watch those games of skill.
