I recently picked up a kings and queens and it blows the 10 amp at start up. The fuse is for the 25 volts. I don't know what really controls but there's is a short somewhere.
I'm hoping someone on here could steer me in the right direction. Thanks

Quoted from izzy:

It will be a coil. Could be any of them that were stuck on. You can isolate the area it is by disconnecting all of the jones plugs. If it does it when none are plugged in it's on the bottom board. Plug in the head or playfield, only one at a time and see when it blows a fuse. That should narrow down your search. Look for anything obvious, frozen coil plunger, fried looking coil, etc. good luck

thanks, Izzy.
I have narrow it down some. All Jones connectors out fuse is good. The three that go to the Head were plugged in and still the fuse is good
. There are four that go to the bottom. If you're standing in front of the machine it's the third one from the left that's causing the blown fuse.
In your opinion even though it didn't blow the fuse with the connector is connected to the Head could it be any of the score reels. Thanks

All the coil plungers move freely on the Playfield.
