Did some more service to my machine today. Rebuilt the flippers and replaced the flipper coils - one was from a Gottlieb and one was stock, so I just replaced them both. The left flipper is working much better, but the right flipper is worse than before the rebuild! What can I check? I cleaned the flipper button switches and checked that the piston is not catching on the plastic sleeve - there was a different sleeve that came with the rebuild kit (thinner wall) should I use that one instead of the sleeve that comes with the new coils?

Here is some video of what is going on.

Thanks in advance.

Quoted from xsvtoys:

This is usually an EOS adjustment from what I have seen reading this thread:
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/vids-guide-to-upgradingrebuilding-flippers/
I had pretty much the exact same problem, I documented my experience here:

The EOS was out of adjustment. In fact, after I changed the switches I didn't know to check the gap - 1/8" or 3.2mm. I adjusted both and now they work great! Thanks for the heads up.

How much up and down movement is normal for a flipper coil? I can't seem to secure it so it doesn't move. There is about a 1/4 of free play (up/down). Is this normal?
