If it's everything, I'd try cleaning the switches on the game over and tilt relays, jones plugs, etc. stuff that all the power goes through
All good advice above. Also, I had the same thing happen. Some one had cut the wire to the ball count unit zero switch and just twisted it back together. When I cut back to new wire and soldered the problem disappeared. Check not just the switches but also the wires.
The power goes through the game over, reset and tilt relays. (Check you schematic for wire colors) Ensure they are making good contact. They also may go thru a bridge rectifier and a fuse. Check the fuse holder.
