Out of ideas, looking for help! Here is the back story... Last night I was playing a game and lost my flippers! Traced it to a blown fuse. So I did some checking to see why it blew and found my EOS on my upper right flipper had worked loose! No problem, put it back in place and tighten it back down! It has not popped a fuse since, but my right flipper is now really weak! I have checked EOS gap, and cleaned the EOS also cleaned the contacts in the cab for the buttons. What am I missing?

How did you cleaned the EOS? Fine sandpaper is best, than you must remove the dust from the contacts
It sound that your EOS has not good contact.

I did use very fine sandpaper. What's strange is the coil is getting warm after hitting the flipper button a bunch of times, all other coils a cool to the touch! I should also note that the coil getting warm is not the coil that the EOS came loose on, but it is the right side.

Use a test wire to jump the eos. If your power comes back it's time for a new eos or better adjustment

Jumped the EOS but still weak!

Here is a few pictures. It's the newer looking coil that is getting warm, the older one is the one that the EOS came loose on. I did a rebuild on the lower flippers about 6 months ago.

I have pulled the lower flipper assembly that I rebuilt 6 months ago, rechecked all my work, jumped the EOS, cleaned and adjusted the EOS and readjusted EOS on right side! No change, still very weak right side flippers! Now common sense tells me if both flippers on the right side are weak, I am chasing my tail with the EOS! Could this be something to do with the flipper board or I did just replace my bridge rectifiers and capacitor with this board http://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/5040-09051-RC that's the last thing I did before this happened. I am grasping at straws here!

Well I finally figured this flipper situation out! When the EOS came loose and shorted out, it took out the bottom right flipper coil(which was only a few months old!) anyway I had rebuilt 2 of the flippers and still needed to rebuild the other 2 so I did that, replaced the coil and everything seems back to normal! Plus I got me a EOS adjustment tool, man I don't know how I lived without one! They are nice! And I built this work table out of frustration, got tired of not have any place to work!
