Right flipper works, but with very little power to move the ball. I replaced the whole flipper assembly, but no help. What else can I look at? Does button assembly have anything to do with it? Thx

    End of stroke switch

Coil, dos, plunger, etc, all mounted to a steel base. I unscrewed the old base and inserted the new one. See photo.

    It came as one unit.

Why does spark on eos switch good sometimes and weak other times?

Be sure the high voltage flipper button switch is super clean and aligned correctly.
Then be sure the EOS opens as late as possible in the swing

    Be sure mechanism moves freely.
    Is that a zipper flipper?

First of all, thank you for responding. I'm gonna send you a picture of leaf switch by button in a few minutes. Stand by.

If the flipper is moving at all, by default it is working. You need to determine if the power is flowing through the coil and EOS correctly.

Photos of leaf switch. Could it be causing low power to unit.? Other flipper shows quick and good spark assembly. Right side shows smaller spark and less response at flipper assembly

Coil wired backwards? Please provide clear photos of both flipper mechanisms.
