Could it be the flipper button leaf switch? I noticed the left and right leaf switches are different. Not a lot of spark.
Also, check the adjustment of the EOS switches. If an EOS switch opens too early, you'll have a weaker flipper solenoid...

For the most precise adjustments a switch adjustment tool is best.
Check the resistance across the closed EOS switch. If it's more than one ohm, clean the contacts with sandpaper and retest. The contacts often oxidize and don't show it. Very common for new high power EOS switches to have high resistance.
Also make sure the two contacts are properly aligned when closed. Not off to one side or uneven in any way.
