Not sure if this belongs here but I have a Riverboat Gambler and I'm having issues with the plunger not being able to launch the ball up the ramp. I thought the assembly itself may have been bad, ordered a new one and still the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Plunger hitting the center of the ball ?

Always as LTG says....
Check mounting plate screws inside and out, that they are snug .

Yes to both.

What assembly did you order?

Plunger tip should be slightly above center. You want some top spin. Make sure you have the right color (tension) spring.

I would have to go back and look but in my owners manual it was same part. Is there a list somewhere for the proper springs??

Try https://ty-ffasi.com/repair/shooter-spring-cross-reference/ and let me know if any of it is wrong.

Also check the barrel spring on the outside of the shooter. There are two sizes, and if you have the taller one, you'll lose power that you might want.
