There have never really been any scary pinball machines, but so why not theme a pin around Zelda from Pet Semetary... Complete with choking ball lock? She is one of the creepiest characters in all of cinema. Perhaps she could be part of a Spooky Stephen King creatures montage pin, complete with Creepshow, It, Christine, Carrie, and Shining, Mist.
Not a Pet Semetery pin per se since there wouldn’t be enough in the story, but one more with the Zelda, and Stephen King creatures.

The artwork, callouts, music, the narrator's voice would be incredible...
Totally this would be cool too! American Pinball may be doing a Valkyrie themed pin though.
