Your insurance will pay for storage and all that.
The company you hired for disaster remediation should be able to lead you through it. They can also provide the labor to pack your pins up and move them.
When we had our flood that ruined the first floor, the disaster company guys loved my pins and asked to play them a few times.

Definitely let that be part of your estimate though, then you can use that money in other areas.
