nah. Midnight madness is just a gimick anyway.
I actually experience it more often with NVRAM since RTC still moves when the game is on. Before I was never up at midnight to play my games, and setting your clock off so you get it all the time ruins it.
JMHO, but installing NVRAM is way more important than seeing madness once in a blue moon. Esp since they are all a gimick and essentially the same.
