Quoted from InfiniteLives:so awesome! ahhhhh
Mic arrived,so double the awesome
Hey! Btw!
Art(oldpinguy)hooked us up with an awesome led package.
He noticed our volcano needed a sexy light that would make it really pop.
And boy did he deliver!
We have an envelope shipped, packed with led for a super price!
This led for the volcano is adjustable in patterns so you really get a lava simulation,it rocks!
Quoted from Wolfmarsh:Awesome stuff guys! Have some beer for me!
We are! And some redbull!
Cheers fellas!
Art mentioned he had found some flame bulbs, that thing looks awesome. Looking forward to more pics!

Man..the thing is insane!
Some serious progress this Friday, as usual thanks for sharing the hard work amigos! Cannot wait to see the new volcano in action!
My Friday Fix is complete! I seem to have a pseudo-religious experience watching
the posts!!!
Im so glad that overstuffed package reached you!!! If you get a chance, throw an Opmax in the GI of a dark game!!
I hope that someone you know, or someone here with the talent can take all the pics and some audio, and make an amazing presentation of your work, to go with this game.
In many ways, you are doing something never done before, and I am in AWE!!
Thank you for my Friday pick me up! Ready to fire up, and Play!!!
Awesome work. That upper playfield along with Bob looks really cool! Can't wait to see her in action.
Quoted from MarkInc:Looking great!
Make this black too!
We have been in doubt/debating that,if you look at acdc luci for example, the playfield cut is bare wood too?
You guys really think the playfield edge would be better black?
If so we will paint it next week.

I vote black. It's looking great!
Yes this time I agree. Black for the edge.
Great update Amigos. Looking very sharp.
Must be soooo nerve wracking drilling those areas where holes got forgotten. Keep up the great work.
If it's visible, even and uniform on both sides, paint it the same (yellow/gold?) color as the logo.

Gru's back has a bit of an overlap so the artwork edge is not even with the wood edge.
The wood edge is actually not visible from behind the flippers.
Only from an angle like the last pics..
I think we are betting on black.
Quoted from J85M:Saw you had posted and thought it was Friday again, then I realised it was Sunday
Hahaha!!

Glad we could contribute to your perfect weekend cheers!

Please, please, please tell me that you're going to swap out at least one of those screws so that all the heads match? Although I have seen that you swapped them round so the 'odd' head is in the centre, at least making it symmetrical.
Everything you've done so far has been excellent and to such a high level, don't let the standards slip now. You have the chance to create the first pinball machine that doesn't need 3 different size nut drivers and 2 different screwdrivers to be able to give it a service.
Speaking of which, if you are the step of using nylon Lock nuts on Plastics,
I have just started with Polished Brass acorn nuts, or nickel plated one.
Nice and shiny, and a couple dollars to finish off any game with an extra glow.

Hahaha!
We already found the missing screw you noticed...
I was actually thinking of mounting a support post for the ramp above it on there but there was no need for that.
But you are right,we might just use the new chrome ones there too?
Good idea!
line the under playfield edge with downward angled UV LED lights (with brightness control), and repaint lower-playfield with UV reactive colors

Wait a minute...i see what you are doing here?
You don't want the topic to end!
You don't want us to finish the machine!!
You guys keep on throwing ideas out there and you just know we will use them!!
Hahaha
