Quoted from ls1chris:i had to file down my housing so it would sit further down in the cabinet cutout to get mine to hit proper on the ball.
I had to do this also on my CE.
Quoted from LTG:Please check that the playfield hangers are straight up and down, not bent, thus leaving the playfield a little lower in the cabinet.
If that is good then file away.
LTG : )
Yea, I looked at that and they do seem to be bent down some. But the lock nuts on the arch already dug into the glass.

Thanks.
I removed the shooter assembly and cut the cabinet opening slightly lower. As mine was also hitting the top of the auto launcher and when it made contact with the ball it was too high on the ball also. Once I did that it all lined up fine.
Hello all TS4 people.
I have a question, ever since I put my game on free play, the camera does not work. I have checked the setting for it and it is on. Does it not work on free play? Before I put it in free play it took a one picture that I know of.
Quoted from Wariodolby:What are these game settings set at?
[quoted image]
That was it. A lot of settings in that menu was red and I didn’t change them. I am the only one that opens it, so they may have changed them at JJP, as I opened the box.
Anyway it’s working now.
Thanks.
I have a CE, I updated mine by Wi-Fi and it was very easy. Does the CE come with the USB cable, as I could not find one in mine?
Quoted from KingBW:No. The wifi and Bluetooth dongles are on the board on the left side of the base cabinet near the coin door. If you want to update with a USB flash drive, you can remove one of those dongles temporarily. Updates with Wifi or ethernet is the easiest and best way to do it.
Ok
I seen those.
That helps.
Thanks.
Well I first found this today. A couple of bad rings. No problem I will just replace them.
But then I found this on the playfield because a ball was get stuck there.
What should I do? A repair on the playfield that is now sinking and coming out.
Well I thought it was just me having update problems. This is my first JJP and the first update was so easy, but now it's a pain. I hope they fix it.
No, it is not the cliffy, as it would sit on the white ring straight on the post. Not sure if the hole had anything to do with it or not. I was going to replace the ring but then I found the hole. It happened twice when we were playing it the other day. I refilled the hole and put a circle of mylar over it and it hasn't gotten suck since.
Quoted from JPloof:Got it figured out. Just started happening. Saw a post a bit back that advised to recalibrate the sensor, seems to have worked!
How do I recalibrate it? I have the same switch error.
