Quoted from robnotto:

I received my TS4 CE this weekend. Being honest I was going to sell it because I have too many games coming in. The only reason I did not sell it was multiple people were saying they needed 2-3 weeks to get their money together. I figured it was easier to keep the game, play it fora bit and then sell it. Here are my first impressions of the CE.
The game is drop dead gorgeous; the cabinet looks awesome, and art is absolutely brilliant. Putting it next to my Sterns and CGCs I can see why JPPs are more money.
The topper is pretty impressive. I heard people dishing on it, before they saw it. Comments were it is cheap...it is not cheap at all. It is by far my heaviest topper. Heavier then even the Elite Topper for Indiana Jones. It looks pretty cool, and it seems the farther you get in the game the cooler stuff it seems to do (I am not sure about that, hard to play and watch the topper)
The art blades match the theme really well. The light show is pretty cool, lots of flashing lights...includes lights under the cab as well.
The rules are pretty approachable as every one has mentioned. My 20-something year old kids came over and were excited to play some games...the only of my pins they care to play. So I am sure it will be a hit with non pinheads.
Not much else to say since it looks and plays just like a LE.
For those of you on the fence about getting a CE. If you can pick on up at $12,500 or $13,000 it is a steal I would jump on it. $15,000 is hard pill to swallow when you compare TS4 CE versus my Godzilla LE... but looking at the game I can see how the BOM is higher on TS4 then Godzilla even if the playfield does not reflect that statement. My personal opinion on price is if this came out at $13,000 for a CE, people would be all over it.
Overall I am happy with my decision to keep TS4CE. I am hoping that the code gets a little deeper, either way I am sure it will be a hit with the family. Of course YMMV, but I know someone who was walking away from their $2500 deposit...with JPP...I would pick up that game in a heartbeat for $12,5000.
Be well...happy flipping![quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

I received my CE #500 yesterday and I couldn’t agree more with @robnotto, the game is stunning and I can see why it’s a higher price especially with the topper! The topper is very impressive. Beautiful work JJP

Quoted from Freakyguy666:

Would you be so kind as to post the exact height of the Topper please!
Also, how is the Red Armor different from the Candy Red Wonka CE?

Topper is 9 1/2” high

There is a slight difference in color with the Wonka CE Vs Toy Story 4 CE, the Wonka has a slight more magenta hue to it, looks lighter and more pinkish to me! Toy Story is more deep red.

Quick video of the topper in attract mode, I will try to get some video of the Duke Caboom action

Quoted from wackenhut:

Does the Ferris Wheel spin on the topper?

Quoted from explosiveegg:

No.
As far as I know, the only motorized part of the topper is Duke.

Yes the only thing that moves is Duke, I will try and upload a video

Quoted from AMSNL:

Anybody like to bash benson? I would!!
I will complete him and will share it when tested
Maybe I will make 1 where gabby is in the middle and 2 bensons on the side of her
Gabby is the original mold next to the new benson

Nice work! Would be awesome if we can interchange them

Check your lockdown receiver bracket. Mine was bent down a bit bringing the auto launch down enough to interfere with the plunger. Once I bent it back to where it belonged, the plunger problem went away.

I am also having the same problem, following

Quoted from ViNsEDj:

Guys, quick question, I´ve noticed what others said, my manual plunger is hitting the auto plunger a little bit with the washer. Right now Im not suffering any lack of power (as fas as I noticed...), what adjustments do you guys do? in the auto plunger? the manual one?
Thanks in advance.

I am having this same problem, tried a few things but nothing works. Any suggestions how I can fix it

Quoted from LTG:

Playfield hangers straight up and down, top not bent towards front of game ?
Have you loosened the three screws holding the plunger assembly and move down a tiny bit ?
If you've done all that. I'd take a couple washers and put one under each hanger bracket where it rests on the lockdown bar receiver. This would raise the playfield up a tiny bit.
Then call jjp and tell them to get LTG : ) Back

I have loosened the 3 screws did not help, I will try the washers! Thank you LTG, JJP definitely needs you

Will keep you posted

I bailed out and sold my spot.

I am also surprised you bailed, I hope it wasn’t the negativity from everyone! This is a really great pin! We are loving it. You should jump back in

I finally got around to installing my Slinky Mod, I tried once before when I received it but it was too hard so I ended up putting it away. Today I decided to get it another try this time with success.

It looks amazing! Only 22 of these were made by LoganPinball a few years ago when TS4 came out

Quoted from thepinballworks:

Slinky looks great. I need to get mine installed. I will have to find where I put it. It is in the one of these days pill of modes for my games.

Honestly, this was the hardest mod I ever installed, it just was so difficult for me
