Suddenly this happened to the DMD on my WD.
Anyone know what the issue might be?

( Yes i know the speakerpanel is WCS94 currently looking for replacement WD panel )

Start with the simple stuff first. Reseat the connectors, especially the ribbon cable, on the DMD and controller board. See if it makes any difference.
