Does anyone else have this issue?

3 Bank Target does not cycle on power up.
Latest ROMS installed v1.2 & verified
In test mode 3 Bank target works perfect
Nothing wrong with target bank, no cracks, switches & diodes good, motor good, slides with no friction.

If the target is down when powered the game plays flawlessly from the start.

If the target is up when powered on it will stay up until you play a game and will not go down until it's supposed to go down when the 3 bank mode is ended. The game will play great after that.

If I power up the game then enter test mode and exit, the 3 bank target cycles.

V1.2 is documented to correct the problem with the 3 bank target at startup.

Am i missing something?

I forgot to mention... All original except a Rotten dog driver PCB

Yes, in test mode the switches register fine (up and down).
I verified it with a DMM in and out of the game, switches operate normally. (without a doubt)
