o-din, sound like you know this from experience! I was going to post the same, being as my other hobby is Jeeps. Got a Willys 46-2A that does not see mud, but have had many other beaters that did.

Anyway, Been there, done that, got the T-Shirt for it. I now carry many spare parts for just that reason!

And WD-40 is and essential!
