I just took the glass off and took a look at mine. Mine has a slight bend as well, however it does look like there might be an easy fix. There are two mounting screws, on mine if I wanted to push the lower part of the goalie out to avoid easy contact with switch I would place a couple of nylon or plastic washers or even fab a small spacer and it would go behind the goalie plastic and in front of the brown switch spacer on the lower screw. Or it looks like you could shave a little off the top screw hole of the brown spacer to give the plastic a slightly tilted base to screw to. I would not mess with goalie plastic but adding a spacer (washer) on bottom screw or shaving off from the top of the cheap brown mounting plate just on the backside of the goalie plastic before risking your new $20 goalie plastic.

Quoted from Zzap:

I had a small sqaure nut sitting around that worked as a spacer, and seems to have fixed it right up! as you can see in the photo, there is now quite a gap between the goalie and the target plastic, which in turn adds a gap to the switch. This works perfectly in the brief playtest I just did.
Was your suggestion for plastic or nylon to not cause wear and dig into the goalie plastic that metal might?

Exactly what is was thinking. Yes I was thinking nylon or plastic washer to protect goalie plastic. Looks great.
