As the topic says, my Waterworld DMD has a few (two I think) dead columns on the far left edge. Is this an issue that can be repaired or is a replacement DMD the only option?

I have worked on pins and vids, but have never worked on DMD display issues.

Thanks for any and all advice.

I have already tried powering off and reseating connectors.

could try a spare dmd, ribbon reseat and then look over the dmd itself to see if any legs have burn/lost connection. Theres a few recent threads where people have repaired them.
