    Has any one else had trouble with Stern contacting them back with warranty issues? I have tried to reach out through email and phone messages for 8 weeks now. I need a new opto swich for my Avengers Infinity Quest and it is still under warranty.

    I've been waiting a few weeks for a new opto from Stern under warranty for a few weeks. I am working with Pablo at Stern. No ETA was provided.

    Right, this always blows me away that no one goes to distrib first. That is the entire point of having them.

    Stern helped with my LZ warranty within a few days. Great service. I went direct to Stern.
