I have replaced inserts before. Bought some from Marco for a Flash. You will probably have an easier time sanding these down and gluing them back in. Even if you found new ones (it's a long-shot), you would have to sand them down anyway New inserts are thicker and will protrude above the playfield...
Marco has 2 inch ones in red. These aren't an exact match, but might work.

Pinball resource has some also, but no red. You can always call and ask, they might dig some up for you.
