Wondering if it's possible, and if so, how, to reshape a warped/bent glass guide under a rail, without having to re rail a game and install a new guide.

You could try using a heat gun? Heat up the rail guide and slide the glass in quickly (or try it with the glass in). Be extra careful of not putting too much head on anything else nearby that could warp (and it might screw up the cabinet paint/decal if it gets too hot).
