    Nice you're doing your own screening! I've done a couple myself with good results. Hardest part is to thin the ink just enough. It will dry up in the screen fast if you don't thin it and it will squeeze out the back of the screen making blurry letters if it's too thin. I would do a test print on a similar painted wood board before hitting the backbox first time. When you get the hang of it it's great fun!
