    Powerzone - Mad Amusement's phone number is 732-575-4228. This number is in the Toms River, NJ area. What you can do is file a complaint with the NJ Attorney General's Office. This is a form that is available online at http://www.nj.gov/oag/ca/complaint/ocp.pdf

    You can also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in NJ at https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started

    I would recommend filing a complaint with both of the above!
