It looks NOS to me. If it were ever used, the area where the ball gets kicked up from the VUK gets a divot in it from the ball impact, and eventually can get pretty beat. I had to repair that area on my upper playfield. I don't see any evidence of a divot or any wear in that spot on this playfield.
